Locations of Napa County Services & Google Translate on County Website

(NAPA, California) Due to severe damage caused by the South Napa Earthquake, some Napa County buildings have been closed and many county employees have been displaced. Napa County will continue to provide essential services and is dedicating resources and staff to return public services to normal operations.


Napa County has relocated some services to the public. A list of Napa County services and locations currently available can be accessed at:



Residents without access to the internet can call the Emergency Operations Center Public Information Line (707) 299-1554 for assistance locating services. Spanish residents can call (707) 253-4773 for assistance locating services.

  • Administration Building (1195 Third Street, Napa): Open
  • Carithers Building (First Street and Parkway Mall Block, Napa): Closed
  • Health and Human Services Agency (2344 Old Sonoma Road and 2261 Elm Street, Napa): Partially open:

    • Open buildings = G, H, F, E, J, N, O

Napa County website visitors can now translate any county webpage into Spanish, Chinese (Traditional) and French using Google Translate. Filipino (Tagalog) will be available shortly. The translation tool is located on the left side of the page under the Napa County seal. Website visitors can click the down arrow next to "Select Language" to access the language options.
