Cyclists raceBe careful on County roads Saturday, April 26
Lots of cyclists, including adults and children, will be out on County roads during the Wine Valley Cycle for Sight/Rotary Ride for Veterans and the Echelon Sonoma Napa Gran Fondo. The organizers figure about 2,200 folks total will be out enjoying the valley. Share the road!

The annual grant application process has begun for the Napa County Special Projects Funds that are set aside for visitor management and tourism marketing. Hopper BridgeRutherford Road will close for bridge repair
Caltrans reports that Rutherford Road (Hwy 128) will be closed to thru traffic from May 5 to May 16, while crews repair the Hopper Slough Bridge. Limited access will be available to residents and businesses in the area. Everyone else is asked to use detours. Find out more on the Caltrans website.

The Treasurer-Tax Collector will hold an Internet-based auction of tax-defaulted properties (in default five or more years) May 17 through 20. View properties and participate in the auction.
