Butts Fire updates
As we head into the holiday weekend, the evacuation orders have been lifted for Napa County, but some road closures are still in effect. You can continue to get fire status updates on the
CalFire Incident website
or by calling the Butts Fire Call Center at (707) 967-1456. You can find out the status of
road closures on our GIS site
Keep pets safe this weekend!
July 4th is a scary time for pets, particularly dogs, which are often left outside. The Animal Shelter and the Sheriff's Animal Services division remind you to keep your pets inside and to make sure your name and contact information are clearly visible on your pet's collar. That way, if Animal Services does have to pick up your pet, the officers can return your loved one to you without a costly visit to the Animal Shelter!

We're updating some survey ordinances
The Board has asked staff to update two ordinances that have an impact on property surveys: the Lot Line Adjustment Ordinance and the Certificate of Compliance Ordinance. Staff would like your help in doing those updates.

Work to start on MST recycled water pipeline!
In late July, crews will start work to build the 5-mile recycled water pipeline that will start delivering recycled water from Napa Sanitation District to the Milliken-Sarco-Tulocay (MST) area east of Napa in 2015. Customers are already signing up to receive the high-quality water to irrigate vineyards, crops and landscaping.
