We empower our community with services that increase self sufficiency.

The Napa County Health and Human Services Self Sufficiency Services Division offers a range of services to meet the basic needs of the individuals and families we serve. These services include cash, food and medical assistance. We also respond to emergency requests for shelter assistance, food and cash aid. We offer hope for the future with employment planning and career development services. It is our goal to empower and support the people we serve to make their own life choices.
