This project involves the design for eventual construction of a new bridge at the junction of Devlin Road with Fagan Creek south of Airport Boulevard and for the extension of Devlin Road north and south of the proposed bridge.  This segment of Devlin Road is proposed to have three lanes, one northbound, one southbound and a center eastbound turn lane, sidewalks on both sides and a Class I multi-use path for pedestrian and bicycle traffic on the east side.  On February 11, 2013, permitting agencies gave their tentative approval to use the County owned easement on Fagan Creek (at the airport) as the project mitigation site.
