The Housing & Intergovernmental Affairs (HIA) Division coordinates County initiatives and activities with the cities and other jurisdictions within the County. HIA oversees the County’s housing programs and legislative affairs and provides staff to the Board of Supervisors , including constituent relations and community liaison activities.  (For information concerning Section 8 rental assistance, please contact the City of Napa Housing Division at (707) 257-9543.

NEW: December 10, 2014 - The County of Napa has released a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for a grant program that furthers the affordable housing goals of the County. Applications are due on December 30, 2014, by 5 p.m. The minimum grant amount is $5,000 to a maximum of $20,000 and must be used in the 12 months following the award of funds.
