Under the Phase II NPDES General Permit, each of the NCSWMP partners are required to develop, implement, and enforce a program to ensure that new development and redevelopment projects incorporate site design, source control, and/or treatment control BMPs to protect water quality and control the volume and rate of stormwater runoff.
