Pacific Union College Master Development Plan Amendment submitted Sept. 23, 2009, proposing 275 new housing units, offering 20% of them as affordable, 105 senior living units, removing 59,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail and replacing it with 72,500 sq. ft. of commercial retail, dedication of 33 acres of preserved agricultural land, 12 lot line adjustments and associated road improvements, and dedication of 1,100 acres of forest land.
Thank you to those who provided scoping comments in response to the Notice of (EIR) Preparation. County staff and consultants are currently preparing a Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) which will be circulated for public review and comment later in 2010.
