Neighbors to the Rutherford Reach of the Napa River have voluntarily put together a restoration project that will include 5 miles of new riparian habitat and relocation of berms.  This portion of the project will take place approximately 3,800 feet south of Highway 128 and continue south to the Oakville Crossroad.  The project is now in construcion.
