RFQ: HHSA EMS Medical Director RFQ
The Napa County Health and Human Services Agency is requesting qualified applicants to establish a contract for a Medical Director for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) with work to commence on September 1, 2017 and be completed June 30, 2018, with the option for an automatic annual renewal of such contract on a fiscal year basis. The EMS Agency Medical Director is a part time contracted position averaging an estimated 11 hours per week. The Medical Director will provide medical control and assure medical accountability throughout the planning, implementation and evaluation of the EMS system. Services will be performed in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained in the RFQ.

RFP: Napa County Courthouse Earthquake Repair Project, PW 15-09
The Napa Courthouse is located at 825 Brown Street, Napa, CA 94559. The project is earthquake repair to a 16,000 square foot historic un-reinforced masonry (URM) structure built in 1878. Repairs include deconstruction, hazardous mold & Lead abatement, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and interior finishes/fixtures of a historic building and other work indicated in the contract documents. The Notice to Contractors has listed the prequalified B, C21, and C29 Contractors. Both job walks have been posted. Addendum 3 has been posted that changes bid opening date. Napa County Health & Human Services Agency seeks qualified consultants to conduct an Emergency Food System Study of access to free and low cost food sources, including cash aid, bulk food and prepared food programs. The goal is a user-centered understanding of barriers to access in order to more efficiently and effectively reach and serve the over 35,400 residents living at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level in Napa County.

RFQ: NAPA COUNTY HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES AGENCY RFQ: HHSA 022 - Food Equipment Service and Repair
The Napa County Health and Human Services Agency desires to solicit qualified proposals from a contractor who has expertise in service repair of industrial size kitchen equipment. The Scope of work provided by the contractor will include repair of all kitchen equipment located at HHSA, McAllister and Innovations Community Center (ICC). Contractor will be compensated for performance of the task, including all costs of labor (including overtime), equipment, travel and other expenses as described above. Reports and/or evaluations will be expected for this type of service. We serve over 160 clients per day between the kitchen located here at HHSA South Campus and at McAllister. The Request for Qualifications and Pricing includes a list of the current equipment.

RFP: Salvador Bridge Removal Project, FC 17-01
The project site is located on the Napa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District’s Flood Control Easement along Salvador Creek four hundred and twenty five feet (425ft) upstream of Jefferson Street. The contractor shall possess a Class "A" license at the time the contract is awarded. The Engineer's estimate is $50,000. The project encompasses the removal of the deck of the bridge, removal of the associated piers, and removal of the eastern bridge abutment. The bridge is forty three feet in length, twelve feet wide, and one foot thick. There are also two concrete pillars two feet in diameter and 8 feet in height. An erosion control blanket shall be installed on the creek banks within the footprint of the bridge removal. The blanket will be seeded with a native grasses and erosion control mix. A coir log will be installed at the toe of the eastern bank from the bridge removal to a distance roughly 50’ downstream. The coir log will be backfilled, planted, and seeded. Access to the site will be confined to an existing vineyard road along the top of bank and the staging area will be limited to the vineyard road and a small area within the open field adjacent to the creek.

RFP: Whole Person Care Program Evaluator RFP - HHSA 020
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify a third-party consultant to provide evaluation services for the Whole Person Care Pilot. Addendums 1 - 3 have been added to this RFP. The original due date has changed. Napa County Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) has been awarded funding for a Whole Person Care (WPC) Pilot from the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS). Through the WPC Pilot, HHSA will connect chronically homeless or at risk residents to housing, medical care, case management, and other supportive services designed to improve their health outcomes, end their homelessness, and reduce unnecessary hospitalizations and emergency service utilization. The WPC Pilot will also support the County’s broader efforts to integrate different elements of the homeless service delivery system to ensure coordinated care, to maximize efficiency, and to better target and prioritize resources. Proposal due on the Due Date listed above by 5:00 p.m.
