The County is considering several minor updates to the Lot Line Adjustment (LLA) Ordinance and the Certificate of Compliance (COC) Ordinance. Staff has identified several areas for clarification and streamlining of current ordinance requirements, for the benefit of improved customer service. The proposed changes were presented to the Board of Supervisors November 25, 2014. The Board directed additional minor revisions, which have been prepared. The matter will return to the Board April 7, 2015.
