Vector Airport Systems
Vector handles the billing and payments for the Landing and Transient Parking Fee Program (or “Programs”) on behalf of the Napa County Airport. Vector’s system and technology are able to provide the exact data for the Program at the time of departure and charged according to Sections 30.020 & 30.040 of the County’s adopted Fee Policy.
Vector’s self-service pay portal allows operators to 1) process credit card payments, 2) view account history, 3) request copies of invoices via email or download invoices to Excel, 4) enroll in electronic invoicing, and 5) update contact information. To log into the portal, please use the operator ID and invoice number shown on the invoice. Vector accepts credit cards, checks and ACH/Wire Payments.
Credit Cards Accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. There is a service provider processing fee of 3% of the total amount paid.
Checks can be mailed to the remittance address shown in the upper left corner of this invoice and MUST include the Invoice Number or Operator ID. Since Vector handles the billing for multiple airports, please make sure your payment is mailed to the airport payment address shown on this invoice.
ACH/Wire Payments – Please email billing to get banking details. Remittance information should also be sent to this email address.
For payment or billing inquiries, Vector can be reached at 888-588-0028 (extension 200 or Option 1) or by email billing. Their office hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. eastern standard time (EST) with most federal holidays observed as well as Christmas Eve and the Friday after Thanksgiving “Black Friday.”
Transient parking is located on the main ramp, behind the main terminal.
Aircraft parking fees are assessed according to the maximum takeoff weight, and charged per night.
Aircraft is billed at the rates listed below. You can pay by credit card through the website, or there are two drop boxes for cash or check payments, located in the terminal building and at the self-service fuel island.
- 0 to 5,000 pounds: $10
- 5,001 to 12,500 pounds: $15.50
- Above 12,500 pounds: $15.50 plus $1.03 per each additional 1,000 pounds.
Landing fees are charged to all commercial operations and to any transient aircraft over 12,500 pounds, and assessed according to the maximum landing weight.
Aircraft will be charged landing fees as follows:
- 0 to 5,000 pounds: $16.50
- 5,001 to 12,500 pounds: $31
- Above 12,500 pounds: $3.10 per each 1,000 pounds.
