Also, per California State, Health and Safety regulations (H. & S 121690): Every dog owner, after his/her dog attains the age of four months, shall secure a license for the dog as provided by the city or county in which you reside. Napa Humane Spay/Neuter Clinic 3265 California Boulevard, Napa Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Yountville Town Hall 6550 Yount Street, Yountville Monday through Friday 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.
