The Napa County Victim Services Division is dedicated to guiding victims and their families through the criminal justice system in a supportive, compassionate, respectful and culturally competent manner. Our Division is dedicated to providing information, resources, and non-judgmental services to our community. We are committed to upholding victims’ rights through education and inclusivity so that their voices may be heard; thereby transforming the lives of every victim we serve.

The Victim Services Division offers comprehensive services to victims and witnesses of all crime types. Many of the services we offer are:
