District 2 encompasses the southwest corner of the County of Napa. The district covers most of the City of Napa west of Highway 29, the Mt. Veeder area and the western portion of the Carneros area. A few pockets of the City of Napa on the east side of Highway 29 are also in District 2: the neighborhoods bounded by Salvador and Trower Avenue, and the portion of old town bounded by Napa Creek, Laurel Street and Jefferson Street.
