In light of the unprecedented circumstances regarding COVID-19 and the Order of the Napa County Health Officer to Shelter-at-Home, the Probation Department offices located in the Hall of Justice 1125 Third Street and the Juvenile Justice Center 212 Walnut Street are open with limited services from March 20, 2020 to April 7, 2020.

We are requesting you call before you come in person to one of our facilities. Individuals on probation may still contact their assigned Deputy Probation Officer by telephone.

The Probation Department operates adult and juvenile Court-related services in the areas of investigation and supervision. When probation is granted, the Department is responsible for the supervision of the probationer and enforcement of the conditions and terms of probation. The Department is also responsible for the overall operation of the County’s Juvenile Hall, which provides custody, counseling, medical care and guidance of delinquent and custodial children in a variety of short- and medium-term programs.
