Welcome to the Napa County Probation Department website. Our Department has diverse duties and this website is designed to help you understand the role of the Probation Department and also provide you with useful resources. The Probation Department is part of the criminal justice system in Napa County. Our primary focus is to assist in keeping Napa County a safe community. We do this through providing rehabilitative services to juvenile and adult offenders, providing court accurate information to assist in sentencing decisions and enforcing court orders for those on community supervision. Napa County Probation collaborates with our partners in law enforcement, health and human services, education and non profit agencies to help meet our goals.
