Program Description

Boxing is a competitive sport program, requiring participants to train intensively on a regular basis. Those who persist with the rigorous daily aerobic workouts will periodically practice sparring with other gym members, and eventually will compete in USA boxing sanctioned competitions. This program is not intended for the boy or girl seeking just an aerobic workout, to pick up a new sport, or to prove their toughness; this program is for the highly-focused, highly motivated youth seeking to reach the highest level of competition.
