Notice regarding current processing timelinesDue to recent staff shortages and increased applications, the Building Division is experiencing delays in permit processing.  We have brought in additional outside consultant services and staff to help minimize delays. Also, please be aware that due to workload demand at this time, emails and phone calls are taking 1-2 business days for a response.  We thank you in advance for your patience and ask that our clients allow us time to reply to your email or phone call as calling or emailing multiple times adds to the backlog and prevents you and other clients from receiving our services in a timely manner.

Get up to $3,000 Toward an Earthquake Retrofit. Earthquake Brace + Bolt (EBB) helps homeowners lessen the potential for damage during an earthquake. EBB offers a grant of up to $3,000 toward a seismic retrofit for qualifying older houses. Homeowner Registration Opens October 18, 2022. Learn more at: https://www.earthquakebracebolt.com/
