Department of Child Support Services
Napa County Department of Child Support Services
Our mission is to promote self-sufficiency while enhancing the lives of children.
The Department of Child Support Services is responsible for establishing and enforcing orders for child support and for providing those services statewide.
Every county in the State of California has a Local Child Support Agency (LCSA). Additional information can be found at the State Department of Child Support Services website.
In Napa County, our office is conveniently located downtown at 1127 First Street, Suite D, and our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
We have dedicated and experienced case managers to assist you during our normal business hours.
Enrolling for our services has been simplified and can be completed online in just a few minutes (see link below); if you open a case with the department, our staff will educate you about child support issues and assist you in enforcing orders entered by the Court. Every case is different, but we encourage you to see how we can make the process easier to navigate for you. We are committed to providing families with excellent customer service and are happy to meet with you, whether it is in person in our office, by telephone or online (email, Zoom, Teams, etc.).
