Existing 5,000 gallon winery approved under a Small Winery Exemption (Phoenix Winery). Winery is applying for a Use Permit to increase production to 18,000 gallons and to increase employees, visitation, and marketing. The application includes a remodel of the existing winery building, construction of a 2,800 square foot cave for production, and use of an existing storage building.
