Description

Request to rezone a 3.96 acre parcel from RS:B-2 (Residential Single: 2 acre minimum lot size) to RC (Residential Country) and adoption of a Development Agreement to authorize an existing approximately 2 acre vineyard. RC zoning allows agricultural land uses whereas. The terms of the Development Agreement will stipulate that ground water cannot be used for vineyard irrigation or frost protection, and instead recycled water from Napa Sanitation District is provided to the site via a 1,000 gallon trailer. The subject property is located on the south side of Monticello Road (State Route 121) approximately 850 east of its intersection with Silverado Trail, 1055 Monticello Road, APN 049-161-009
