Napa County Strategic Plan

Strategic Plan Timeline July 2018Strategic Plan Timeline (PDF)

On July 31st the Napa County Board of Supervisors will have a Public Meeting focused on our 2019-2022 Strategic Plan. The meeting will start at 9:00 AM, in the Board Chambers located at 1195 Third Street, on the Third Floor, Napa, California 94559.

The Board will hear the proposed Strategic Planning process, provide guidance to staff on how to proceed, and then invite Public Comment.

While Land Use Policy will certainly be a large and important component of the 2019-2022 Napa County Strategic Plan, it is not the only component.

The Public is welcome and invited to attend this Public Meeting, as well as any of our other tentatively scheduled Board Meetings (October 16, 2018 and December 18, 2018) and provide three (3) minutes of Public Comment.

Do you want more than three minutes to share your thoughts and ideas?

Attending one or all of the meetings to provide Public Comment is not the only way to participate in this process. In fact, if you have more to share (beyond three minutes) you can participate in the extensive community outreach efforts in the coming months (August – September). One can provide their input by becoming a Community Contributor. See Get Involved!

Workshops are facilitated by our contractor. Members of the Internal Task Force and County Staff will be present. Due to Brown Act requirements, Board Members will not be present.

The Public can also provide their comments via email by sending them to [email protected].
