Get Involved in Strategic Planning

Napa County is embarking on an update of its Strategic Plan for the next three years. The next step in the development of the updated Plan is Community Outreach.

The County is compiling a list of parties interested in providing direct input and feedback on the Strategic Plan. We want to hear from you. See below to find out how you can participate.

Take the Online Survey

Everyone can take the online survey. The survey is available here August 24 - October 9 at 11:59 pm. The survey, is available in English and Spanish, will also be emailed to anyone who signs up as a Community Contributor and/or attends a meeting.

** Based on community feedback, and to allow everyone who attends a meeting an opportunity to take the survey, the survey has been extended to October 9 at 11:59 pm. **

Attending a Meeting

There will be two types of meetings: District Meetings and Issue Focused Meetings. View meeting dates and topics.

District Meetings

Each Board Member will host one meeting in their District in September and October. Meeting information will widely publicized. You do not need to sign up as a Community Contributor to attend a District Meeting.

Issued Focused Meetings

The County will host several, issued focused meetings between August - October. Known Community Stakeholders and individuals who sign up to be a Community Contributors (see below) and express their interest in a given area will be invited to topic-specific meetings.
