Search Planning, Building & Environmental Services Records Online

You can review documents from Building, Planning, Engineering, Well and Onsite Wastewater Treatment, Conservation, Code Enforcement, Consumer Protection, Pollution Prevention-CUPA, Local Oversight Program, Medical Waste, Body Art, Monitoring Wells/Soil Borings, and Inspection Reports.

  • In the search portal below you can search two ways, by specific criteria such as by parcel number, permit number, establishment ID, or you can do a text search by changing the "Search Type" option below.  When doing a text search you can use an exact phrase using quotations "your words between", AND / OR, wild card ( * ) or use  ( + ) to string words together.   • Protected and confidential documents will not be displayed, such as complaints, some maps, and intellectual property ("IP"). IP is protected and these items include, but are not limited to: drawings stamped by a professional, calculations, copyright, trademarks, patents, industrial design rights, trade dress, trade secrets, etc. Said items cannot be reproduced without legal consent). Some IP may be viewed at our office.

Search Tip: It is best to only use the APN or street number for search criteria. If the street name is used, place an asterisk (*) after the name.
