A request for a Use Permit Major Modification that, if approved, would to allow construction of a 79-room boutique hotel across three properties located at 1189 Lodi Lane and 3010 and 3018 St. Helena Highway. The proposed project includes demolition of three existing buildings on the properties and redevelopment of the properties with surface and garage parking, landscaping, outdoor gathering areas, and hotel guest amenities that would include retail and lounge space, two pools, fitness rooms, and a spa. The 79 guest rooms would be distributed among five buildings constructed across the three properties.
