Napa County Department of Corrections (NCDC) has numerous outside program volunteers who come to NCDC and speak with the inmates regarding programs such as:
- Alcoholics Anonymous
- Bible Study Classes
- GED Courses
- Literacy Program
- Narcotics Anonymous
