Napa County Mental Health offers community-based mental health services in partnership with regional organizations, individual providers and hospitals. Our integrated system delivers a broad range of services to individuals in need of mental health care.

To get started with Mental Health Services, please come to the Health and Human Services Agency at 2751 Napa Valley Corporate Drive Building A, second floor, Mental Health Access on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, at 8 a.m. or 1 p.m. for a registration appointment. AB 1299 Point of Contact

The Napa County Mental Health Plan (MHIP) has established a single point of entry for AB 1299 Presumptive Transfers. This function is now part of our Central Access and Authorization Team.
