The California Emergency Solutions and Housing (CESH) Program provides funds for a variety of activities to assist persons experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness. Napa County has dedicated $350,000 in funds for those unable to pay rent due to COVID-19 or other critical needs.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the CESH Program, an applicant must be:
- Homeless and transitioning to permanent housing; or
- Qualify as Extremely Low Income; or
- Have a pending eviction action or notice to vacate; or
- Have a monthly rent payment that exceeds 50% of the current income
Napa County is currently prioritizing applications for rent owed through August 31, 2020. Applications and questions can be emailed to CESH.
