Project Scope

This project is located at 9321 Steele Canyon Road, Napa, CA 94558.  The proposed project would include repairing items that were damaged during the 2020 LNU Lightning Complex Fire.  The fire destroyed elements of the 2007 Storm Damage Repair Project at Steele Canyon MPM 2.25.  The existing retaining wall was 1,080 square feet of wood lagging between metal "H" piles with a concrete grade beam on top of the piles and wood lagging.


Contractor shall possess a Class "A" License at the time of contract award.  The Engineer’s Construction estimate for this project is $120,000.
