Napa County voters have 4 ways to return their Vote By Mail Ballots. All ballots must be postmarked/returned by 8 p.m. on Election Day.
By Mail
Voters can return their ballot by mail as soon as they have voted and sealed and signed their return ballot envelope. Postage paid return envelopes receive expedited first class mail handling. Make sure your return envelope is postmarked by Election Day March 5, 2024.
Ballots postmarked by Election Day will be counted as long as they arrive by March 12, 2024, seven days after the election.

Our ten secure official drop boxes open on February 5, 2024 and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until 8 pm. on Election Day, Tuesday March 5, 2024.
The four vote centers shown below offer Drive-Thru ballot drop-off Monday, March 4, 2024 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Election Day, Tuesday, March 5, 2024, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

At a Vote Center
Nine vote centers will open throughout Napa County, starting with the Napa County Election Division on February 5, 2024, and the American Canyon Holiday Inn Express & Suites on February 24, 2024. All locations will be open by March 2, 2022 through Election Day March 5, 2024.
