Victim Information & Notification Everyday (VINE)

Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE) is a free, anonymous, telephone service that provides information and notification about offenders incarcerated in the Napa County Department of Corrections. You may register to be notified upon the release of an inmate by using VINELINK. You may also obtain more inmate information by calling 877-331-8463; this is the VINE information and registration telephone number.

Online Registration Instructions

Go to the Vine Link State Map.

1. Select "California" as the state you are interested in.
2. Select "CA_MULTICO"
3. Select "County" As the facility you would like to search.
4. Select "Napa County"
5. Enter the last name of the person your are searching for.
6. Enter the First Name or a First Initial in the First Name box.
7. You may also enter a date of birth or age range if you desire.
8. Click on Search. If there is a match the information will display.
9. Click on Detail to see more information and to begin the registration process.
10. You may register for notification if you desire, click on Continue under Register for Notification.
11. Enter the telephone number and the PIN number that you want to use.
12. Click on Register, you will be given a successful registration message and you will be notified when the person is released from custody.
