A Message from the Fire Marshal
Welcome to the Napa County Fire Marshal’s webpage. Personnel assigned to this office provide fire prevention and code enforcement duties in the unincorporated areas of Napa County and Town of Yountville. Our office strives to provide the highest level of life safety and property protection for the citizens, visitors and first responders in Napa County through education, planning, inspection, investigation, and enforcement.
- JAMES BALES, FIRE MARSHAL
Napa County Fire Marshal’s Office is responsible for on-site inspections to ensure all construction projects are constructed according to approved plans and fire code requirements.
In an effort to facilitate inspection requests, we have provided this tool that will automatically alert us that an inspection request has been made. Simply fill out all required fields and click submit. Once your request has been submitted, a fire inspector will contact you to ensure that all work is ready and will schedule the inspection. If you do not receive a call before the end of the following work day there could be a problem with our system. Please call 707-299-1464 or email [email protected]
Working with our community is a high priority for us. That is why we have streamlined a process that allows you to submit plans and check the status or submittals from your home or office.
