Small Construction Terms and Conditions

Construction and Maintenance Projects, as defined by California Public Contract Code, require the payment of Prevailing Wage and Prevailing Wage requirements apply. Additionally, California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) regulations, and Insurance Provisions are applicable. The Terms and Conditions found below are applicable to small construction and maintenance projects procured via Napa County Purchase Order and are in addition to Napa County Purchase Order Standard Terms and Conditions.

Copies of prevailing rate of per diem wages are on file at the Napa County Public Works Department and are available for inspection to any interested party on request. Copies of the prevailing rate of per diem wages also may be found at the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) website.
