Project Scope

The proposed project consists of storm slide repair with lagging/retaining walls and roadway reconstruction caused by the 2017 and 2019 damage in Napa County.  The project will commence along: Dry Creek Rd. MPM 6.2, RDS 21-30, Dry Creek Rd. MPM 9.48, RDS 21-39, Dry Creek Rd. MPM 9.75, RDS 21-06 and Diamond Mountain Rd. MPM 1.1, RDS 21-04.

Engineer Estimate: $2,015,000.  The Contractor shall possess a Class A License at the time of contract award.

Addendum 4 has been added.  The bid opening was 04/07/22 at 11:30 AM, the project was awarded on 04/19/22 to Piazza Construction for their low base bid and add alt.  The 3 lowest sublists sheets have been posted.  The bid tabulation has been added.
