If your contact information has changed, please update your information today so you will not lose your Medi-Cal coverage.
You can report information in person, phone, mail or online.
You will get a letter in the mail that tells you if your Medi-Cal was renewed automatically by the county. If so, no further action is needed.
If your Medi-Cal is not automatically renewed, you will receive a renewal packet or a notice asking for more information. You may submit the information by mail, phone, in person or online.
Medi-Cal will never require payment in the application or renewal process. Be alert for potential scams!
