Angwin Area Paving Project, RDS 22-25

Overview

Project Scope

The proposed project is located on the following roadway within Napa County: Howell Mountain Road from the 4 corners (Intersection of White Cottage, Old Howell Mountain, Howell Mountain, and Deer Park Road) to Pope Valley Road. The proposed project in general consists of grinding three inches of existing pavement and placement of 3 inches of new pavement. Other work includes digouts, culvert, sign, and asphalt dike replacements.

Engineer Estimate: $3,975,000.  Contractor shall possess a Class A or C-12 License at the time of contract award.

The 3 lowest bidder's sublists have been posted. The project was awarded by the Board of Supervisors on July 18, 2023 to Team Ghilotti, Inc. of Petaluma, CA for their low base bid.
