Project Scope

Description of Work: Airport Terminal Area Redevelopment Phase I. There are three (3) Bid Schedules included for this Project. The scope of work for each consists of the following:

  • Bid Schedule A – Electrical Improvements
  • Bid Schedule B – Sanitary Sewer Improvements 
  • Bid Schedule C – Terminal Building Demolition 

Engineer’s Cost Estimate: The estimated cost of construction for this Project is listed below for each Bid Schedule.

  • Bid Schedule A: $1,053,160
  • Bid Schedule B: $365,600
  • Bid Schedule C: $327,500

The Contractor shall possess a Class A License at the time of contract award.
