Project Scope

The project will be commenced at the following Napa County facility: 1100 Fifth Street, Napa, CA 94559. 

The project includes but is not limited to demolition, new electrical equipment, resurfacing concrete, installing six (6) new owner-furnished level-2 charging stations, and new striping of the parking garage.

The Contractor shall possess a Class “A”, "B", or “C-10” license at the time of contract award. Engineer Estimate: $387,000

Addendum 3 has been added. The bid opening was Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 11:30 AM. The bidder's have been listed and the sublists posted. The project was awarded by the Board of Supervisors on August 22, 2023 to Lords Electric of Sacramento for their low bid of $381,250.
