Project Scope

The project includes but is not limited to grinding three (3) inches of existing pavement and placement of three (3) inches of new pavement. Other work includes replacement and/or repair of curb and gutters, concrete valley gutters, signs, and protecting existing utility monuments and covers.

The Contractor shall possess a Class “A” or “C-12” license at the time of contract award.  Engineer Estimate: $1,200,000. Addendum 1 has been added. Bidder's list has been added.

The project was awarded by the Board of Supervisors on August 22, 2023 to O.C. Jones & Sons,  Inc. of Berkeley, CA for their low base bid.
