Project Scope

The work for the project generally consists of roadway demolition, excavating and reconstructing the slide area below the road, installing a retaining wall with associated drainage, and repaving the damaged area.  Refer to the Plans and Specifications for more details.

Contractor shall possess a Class A license at the time of contract award. Engineer estimate: $632,000.

The Plans and Specifications are also available for viewing or download. Addendum 1 and 2 have been added. The bid opening was Thursday, August 24. The 3 lowest sublists have been posted. The project was awarded by the Board of Supervisors to Rehak General Engineering of Auberry, CA for their low bid of $672,690.
