Project Scope

The County of Napa is requesting statements of qualifications (SOQ) from consultants to complete the design, environmental documents, permit applications, and right-of-way acquisition documents with federal funds. The consultant will also provide construction support during the bidding and construction phases of the Napa Valley Vine Trail from Yountville to St. Helena, RDS 23-19
