The purpose of the CSS program is to assist families to become and/or remain self-sufficient. Napa CSS takes a holistic approach to providing comprehensive and outstanding customer service. Our goal is to facilitate services that will support the individual and/or family unit to achieve or sustain a healthy family/home environment for the child(ren).

Questions/Concerns Regarding Services
Every Local Child Support Agency (LCSA) has a designated Ombudsperson whose responsibility it is to ensure you receive the highest level of service throughout the State of California. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the services you have received, please contact us by email and you will be in direct contact with the Napa Ombudsperson who can also help you with our Complaint Resolution Program.
