Vote By Mail

It’s easy to vote by mail! Check out the California Secretary of State’s informational video on how to return your completed vote by mail ballot

As part of the Voter's Choice Act, ballots are automatically mailed all to active, registered Napa County voters; a separate mail ballot request is not necessary. For more information on the Voter's Choice Act, check out this page.

Same-Day Voter Registration

You must be registered to vote 15 days before Election Day to receive a ballot in the mail.

Once the deadline has passed, you can still register and vote in the election. You must appear in person at the Election Division or at any Vote Center once they open. Watch the conditional voter registration video to understand the process.
