California Children's Services (CCS)
If your child has a catastrophic or serious medical condition, our California Children Services (CCS) program may be able to provide financial assistance for diagnostic and treatment up to age 21. Physical and occupational therapy services also are available through the Medical Therapy Program.

Child Health & Disability Prevention Program
The Child Health and Disability Prevention (CHDP) Program offers preventive health services that identify and prevent disease and disabilities among low-income children and youth in Napa County.

Child Passenger Safety Program
Offers community education about child passenger safety including proper use and installation of child safety seats, information about current laws and recommendations for safety practices.

Health Care Program for Children in Foster Care
The Health Care Program for Children in Foster Care, (HCPCFC), provides child welfare and juvenile probation departments with public health nursing expertise in meeting the medical, dental, mental health and developmental needs of children in foster care.

Medical Therapy Program / Unit
Children with physical handicaps who are eligible for the California Children Services (CCS) program may receive physical and/or occupational therapy through the Medical Therapy Unit (MTU).

Perinatal Outreach Education
Perinatal Outreach Educators (POE) work with the pregnant and parenting community, providing information about community resources and ensuring that our Napa County residents have the tools necessary to access some of these basic resources.

Public Health Nursing
Public Health Nurses provide home visitation for pregnant women, postpartum women, infants and children up to age 21, fathers and families

Therapeutic Child Care Center (TCCC)
The TCCC provides enhanced infant-parent mental health services and child development services for children birth to five through a partnership between Napa County Health and Hospital System Agency (NCHHS) Public Health and Child Start Inc.
