Vendor Registration
Thank you for your interest in doing business with Napa County. If you would like to be considered as a potential resource for providing supplies, services, and equipment, please complete a Vendor Registration Application (PDF). Please print or type all the requested information and fax or mail to Napa County Purchasing. Your information will be kept on file and your company will be contacted if we have a need for your services. Please note that completion of a Vendor Registration Application does not guarantee receipt of a bid package.
Bids
Sign up for email notifications when a new request for proposal (RFP)/request for quotation (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB) opportunity is posted for professional or construction services. The Purchasing Division does not contract for public works, construction or repairs. With some exceptions, purchasing does not contract for personal services, technical services, rentals or leases of real property. Such contracts and leases are negotiated by the individual County departments requiring the service.
