The TRUTH Act Community Forum

The Napa County Board of Supervisors will hold a public community forum to provide information about access to individuals that has been provided to the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency by law enforcement departments under the Board’s jurisdiction in calendar year 2019. The TRUTH Act requires the local governing body of any county or city in which local law enforcement has provided ICE access to an individual during the previous year to hold a community forum to provide information to the public about ICE’s access to individuals and to receive and consider public comment.
