Napa County Supervisor Diane Dillon Appointed Chair of National Subcommittee

Supervisor Dillon will serve the National Association of Counties (NACo)

NAPA – Napa County Supervisor Diane Dillon was reappointed Chair of the National Association of Counties (NACo) Subcommittee on County and Tribal Relations.

The subcommittee is part of the Committee on Finance, Pensions, and Intergovernmental Affairs. The committee is responsible for all matters pertaining to the financial resources of counties, fiscal management, federal assistance, municipal borrowing, county revenues, federal budget, federal tax reform, elections and Native American issues.

"I am honored to be reappointed to represent all counties as Chair of this subcommittee,” Dillon said. “This is an important federal topic, and it is critical that the voice of counties is recognized when policies and laws are drafted that will impact local planning and zoning. I look forward to joining that dialogue."
