[ARCHIVED] Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) Temporarily Reducing Vine Transit Services

There is no higher priority to our community than the safety of the riding public. NVTA is working closely with county and local officials to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Currently, there are no confirmed cases in Napa County and the health risk from COVID-19 to the general riding public remains low. However, as public health recommendations shift to include mitigation of transmission, we are proactively taking steps to allow for the continuation of public transit services throughout the County.

Effective 12:01 am, March 17, 2020 to April 5, 2020, Vine Transit will institute reduced services on its fixed route system and community shuttles.  Service changes are as follows:

Vine Transit
Route A - H, 10 and 11 Weekday service will run on a Saturday service schedule
Route 10X, 11X, 21 and 29 Normal service
Route 10 will not stop at the Veterans Home
Napa Valley College will not be served unless requested by passenger

We are assessing the situation daily and further changes may be warranted.  Rest assured, we are monitoring this developing situation closely, staying in regular contact with local officials, federal agencies, health organizations, and other experts. Please visit www.nvta.ca.gov and www.vinetransit.com for updates as this situation evolves.
