Napa County released the official certified results and precinct level statement of vote for the September 14, 2021 Gubernatorial Recall Election at 2:27 p.m. October 4, 2021 with 57,783 ballots cast for a 68.28% turnout. “Napa County voters once again turned out well above the statewide average,” commented Napa County Registrar of Voters John Tuteur. “The canvass procedures that produced this official certified report and Statement of Vote included a manual tally of two randomly-chosen precincts to confirm the accuracy of the machine tabulation.” Results and the Statement of Vote with precinct breakdown are available on the county website: https://www.countyofnapa.org/402/Election-Results
